Nostra have a unique support offering. Our focus is keeping our clients with the most reliable IT systems. To ensure we meet this, we put our most senior engineers on our helpline, giving our customers rapid fixes to problems with IT. Secondly because we fix our issues so fast we now offer a unique 30 minute remote response, and most days we are much faster than that. This means typically that 40 minutes after you have an issue, big or small, its fixed and you are getting back to business. But being a proactive IT company, most times we fix issues before our customers even know about them.
